 For the last 8 years TJ & Dot have been the owners and operators of Cole Consultants working with owners and developers of Long Term Care and Senior Living facilities. Their services include identifying areas of senior housing needs, assisting developers and providers with building and opening senior housing projects.

TJ has 43 years of experience in marketing, business development, and real estate. He won a City of Austin award for outstanding business development for his innovative graphic arts facility in Austin. TJ has focused on real estate for the past 20 years including serving as a guest lecturer for the Invest in Texas seminars held throughout Mexico by the State of Texas Office of the Governor. TJ handles the business management of Cole Consultants along with the sale, acquisition and development of senior facilities.

Dot retired in 2011 as Manager of Long Term Care Facility Licensure and Certification for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. In her 25 years with the State, Dot managed large State programs and developed an unsurpassed level of expertise as a recognized state authority on regulatory issues. She handles all licensure, certification and regulatory issues for Cole Consultants.

He serves as the chief architect for the project. He has 45 years of architectural experience which includes 27 years as Head Architect for the state of Texas's Long Term Care Division. His architectural specialty includes small house nursing homes and is a recognized as a national authority on Senior housing.
